Excellent book. Annie Duke does a great job framing decision making through the lens of uncertainty. Bringing in the mindset and perspective of a power player adds to the richness of the content and insights.

Had higher expectations for this book. The content seems pretty dated on a variety of fronts especially when it comes to diversity in the workplace.

The reflection questions at the end of the chapters are good triggers for processing the chapter's key themes.

Clayton Christensen's insights on both corporate and personal life are spot on. Useful models, useful stories ... well written
