The Bookwyrm Lair

Can't believe it took me so many years to finally read this!
I love the movie and while there are quite a few differences between book and movie, it is still an amazing ride, albeit one you take with slightly different companions...

I will write more later, but for now I need to wallow in this awesomeness for a bit.
Man, what a ride...

You can't go wrong with this one.
Ms. Novik does not disappoint (again)!

If you like Dragons, Ships, Napoleonic Wars (or just enjoy a good story) I would suggest you read this book.
Amazing characters, great world building and a fresh account of historic events.

The only issue I can point to where will I find the time to read the next 8 books in this series?

There had to be a reason this book won all the awards this year...
It is that good!

I recommend it to anyone who loves sci-fi, and even those who are not so sure!
And amazing, original, novel!

Everyone keeps telling me this is one of Neil Gaiman's best books, but I gotta say it is a bit too weird for my taste.
Although, that is not to say it isn't and amazing novel!

I guess it's just a matter of taste... I would prefer to re-read Neverwhere :P
