Another study in why NOT talking about important feelings with people you love is a bad thing.

Good thriller/mystery!

After listening to a bunch of books about dysfunctional women i was pretty depressed...needed a nice romantic pick me up and this worked!

It was a very odd book and I like SciFi...maybe I didn't “get” it.

The reader was good and the story detailed and absorbing but it was incredibly depressing.

This was one of our car trip listens. Lots of interesting science...author explains fantasy vs. reality at the end.

Ok...will try the next one in the series.

This is at least the 5th Bryce Courtenay book i have listened to and I have enjoyed them all...part of what makes them so enjoyable for me is the narrator, Humphrey Bower...he is superb! Just found out their is a sequel to this book...will be listening to that next!

Good mystery...enjoyed but reader mispronounced Marin and other local California towns.

Suspenseful - good listen

Great lightweight detective/mysteries. Good diversionary reading.

Not sure if I liked this book...more psychological thriller than typical detective/mystery. As this appears to be the first in a series, I will try the next one and then decide.

This one makes you stop and think!!!!

I enjoyed this whole series!

This one definitely kept me guessing!

It appears she left it open for a sequel...i will read the next one. Good story.

Very amusing!

Lightweight romance. Escape reading.

A good old fashioned archeological mystery!

I loved this book...but I think a lot of it was the reader! He was superb.

Enjoyed! Always new issues to explore.

I have had this book for about 15 years and finally read it. A great overview of philosophy geared toward teenagers. Well written and an interesting storyline to present the information.

I didn't enjoy this one as much as the other Picoult books that I have read..not sure why. Maybe there wasn't the same level of controversy and a clear differentiation of the points of view. I have always enjoyed the “many voices” around the issues.

I read this book sometime in past year and I really enjoyed it! A different perspective.
